Outside Wall Water seepage and King Size wall Cracking

These are all on the outside facing walls of the Double, Queen and King room. We have had unprecedented rains and need to re-seal and paint that outside wall again. We did this 5 years ago but will need to do it again. We also have one commode tank cracked in the earthquake.
